Material review and advisory: GTM materials, pitch decks, pro-formas, investor updates, tricky board situations- I’ve reviewed many, and can typically add value in tightening messaging and making docs cleaner and more aligned with expectations.
Confidential ear: I find that the most unexpected and most important service that I provide is to be a trusted confidential listener who has been in the same shoes. I’m not an investor, not an employee, so founders can talk to me freely.

How I work with founders
Intro + review
One hour call, gratis, to see if we’re a fit. We tackle a problem or two, and see if we can work together.
Monthly retainer
Typically after that first call, founders want to make it a habit, and we put together a monthly retainer that works for the needs of the founder (typically 1 hourly call a week plus some doc review).
Project-based work
Sometimes you’re in the middle of a raise, big hire, large rebrand- who knows what is on your plate! We can always set up a project-based agreement, up to fractional roles, that works for you.
